Firestorm offers it’s clients a web based project management system that serves as our headquarters for your project – the hub where we will gather to make decisions, changes, review designs, copy and concepts. All of our communications from emails and documents to phone conversations are recorded and archived so that we are always on the same page; and everyone’s always in the loop.
We are streamlining our service request and trouble ticketing system and we now give capability right on our site to submit a ticket that will go right in the hopper. Of course you can always email your requests to service at firestormcs dot com.
