Every project has different and unique requirements, and those often require unique expertise and professional resources to accomplish. Of course, in the interest of transparency, we want to give you at least some idea of the costs to complete your vision.
it begs saying that we will likely not be the lowest bidder for your project.
If getting the site done and out the door as quickly as possible with no regard for quality is your mind set, then you should probably look elsewhere. We LOVE what we do and are passionate about creating the best solution; and that means spending the time necessary to do things right and achieve the best results.
With that caveat in place, just how much would it cost to do something like you have in mind? This should get you in the ballpark (at least in the parking lot).
We try to maximize budgets of most sizes, and we can work with you to create a priority driven plan based on your project budget that optimizes your investment while still achieving your goals.
How We Charge
Fixed Prices VS. Hourly Rates
Project estimates are provided whenever possible prior to beginning any work. These estimates outline what we think the project will cost based on our understanding of the information you’ve provided in your project planner or creative brief and our experience. However, in certain circumstances there’s no getting around billing on an hourly basis.
We always offer a FREE 30 minute consultation to all new clients.
We begin billing in 15 minute increments after the first 30 minutes of consultation time. Why? Because the information we provide, and the recommendations we make, are valuable and will assist you in making decisions that will save you money and help you generate revenue in the future. If you decide to work with us, this time will be credited to your project. If you decide to persue other options, you now have valuable insight into how to approach your project that you can bring with you anywhere.
Rush Work
Need something yesterday?
Don’t worry, we’ve got your back. However, to accommodate your tight schedule, we’ll have to extend our work hours and rearrange our schedule so rush work will incur additional fees on top of the project costs themselves.
- Next-day turnaround (by 5pm next business day): Project Cost +75%
- Weekend work (in on Friday, due on Monday): Project Cost +100%
- Same-day turnaround: Project Cost +125%.
- Websites typically have an average turnaround time of approximately 4-6 weeks depending on complexity and other factors. We can usually accommodate you if you need it sooner, however this will incur rush fees as well and they vary based on the urgency. You’ll always be made aware all costs before you put pen to paper.
* In certain circumstances, and for loyal clients, we discount these rates at our discretion
Discounts
We offer varied discounted design and programming rates to:
- Not for profit organizations (NPO’s) with proper documentation
- Churches and ministries
- Clients who routinely buy our services (customer loyalty discount offered at our discretion)

- An average new website or website redesign project costs ~$4,000-$15,000
- Premium custom websites – every aspect of the website is custom designed and fabricated to meet your specific business needs and to save time and improve your workflow: $8,500-$30,000
- Full-featured out-of-the-box website packages: ~$2,500-$3,000
- Very small scale starter websites: ~$1,500-$2,500
Typical Graphic Design Project Price Ranges
- Simple logo ~$450-$1,000
- Premium Logo: custom illustration and typesetting ~$1,500-$5,000
- Corporate Branding: logo design, brand graphics, business collateral design, brand style guidelines etc. ~$4,500-$10,000
- Post Card/Rack Card artwork design: ~$200-$500
- Simple Business Card artwork layout: ~$100-$200
- Custom Business Card artwork : ~$200-$800
- Full Page Magazine Advertisement: ~$1,000-$3,000
Consultation Services
- We offer consultation and strategy services at $95 per hour (1 hour minimum)
